蕭文潔於2015年在日本開始跟她的啟蒙老師柴田節郎先生學習陶藝。2019年獲澳洲皇家墨爾本大學(RMIT)藝術文學士學位，主修陶藝。同年獲得RMIT卓越學術奬和台灣FRANZ新星計劃獎學金，及於2020年獲得香港特別行政區政府自資專上教育基金之卓越表現獎學金和樂天陶社有限公司獎。

Kate Siu started ceramic study in Japan with her mentor,Shibata Setusro, and received Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) fromRMIT University (co-presented with Hong Kong Art School)in 2019 majoring in ceramics.Kate received the RMIT University Vice Chancellor’s List forAcademic Excellence Award, the Taiwan FRANZ Rising Star Scholarshipin 2019, and the HKSAR Education Bureau Self-financing Post-secondaryEducation Fund’s Outstanding Performance Scholarship, and The Pottery Workshop Limited Award in 2020.​
